"The earth is a beehive, we all enter through the same door" ~ African Proverb
Finding quality childcare is a challenging task for all parents who work outside of the home. A basic goal for all parents who have a child with a disability is to find a childcare setting in which their child is happy, secure, and with other kids who share interests and experiences. Inclusion, as a value, supports the right of all children, regardless of their diverse abilities, to participate actively in natural settings within their communities. A natural setting is one in which the child would spend time if she or he was not identified as having a disability.
